A non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, and the balance will be due 42 days prior to the start of the holiday.

 

The apartments are let from 3 pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on your departure day.  Collection of keys should be beteween 10 am and before 5 pm on your day of arrival unless prior agreement has been made outside of these times. Under certain circumstances keys may be sent out to the customer by post prior to their arrival.

 

Should the hirer cancel the holiday within the last 8 weeks before the booking, he will be held responsible for the full amount of the holiday booking. The deposit, however, is non refundable to cover administrative and insurance costs.  All cancellations to be in writing please.

 

The accommodation may be occupied only by the persons named on the booking form, and is not transferable without prior agreement with the management.  Any amendments or additions to the agreed occupants may incur an administration charge.

There is a strict non smoking policy within the house and anyone not adhering to this will be asked to leave the premises with no refund of accommodation charges.  There is an allocated area within the front garden for guests who wish to smoke.

 

The person making the booking must be over the age of 21, and agree to be responsible for the apartment and contents during the period booked. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition, and any loss, breakage or damage must be reported immediately (not at the end of the holiday), so that these can be rectified straight away.  The hirer will be responsible for any costs incurred in this respect.  A £50 minimum cleaning and damage charge will be levied for those apartments left in an unsatisfactory condition.

 

Pets are not to be left unattended in the apartments, nor allowed on furniture or beds and are to be exercised off the premises. Your pet is your responsibility and any damage made by your pet to the premises will also be your responsibility and at your cost.

Please note that even though we have one of the new intelligent Wireless N routers, which gives a strong clear signal and is up to 5 times faster than other routers, the WiFi internet signal cannot be guaranteed in all areas of the house at all times as the signal strength may be prone to atmospherics or cirumstances beyond our control.

 

Guests must take due care for other holidaymakers and ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise either within their apartment or the premises during their stay. The management are not responsible for personal property including vehicles and their contents.

The Proprietors and/or their representative(s) may enter into the apartment for maintenance or other duties as deemed necessary.

 

The booking is made on the understanding that the Apartment will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the Proprietors (e.g. fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative apartment, in which case the booking deposit, and, if paid, the balance will be returned to you in full, but you will have no further claim against the Proprietors.
